Run The Game
adidas Running tasked my team with taking AlphaBOUNCE to the global stage in the largest-scale campaign for the adidas brand globally in Q2 — AlphaBOUNCE Beyond: Run the Game.
After landing the campaign strategy, messaging, and visual direction, my team and I led thirteen shoots in London, Madrid, Beijing, New York, New Orleans, Portland, and Houston capturing content to build this massive global “blockbuster” campaign for adidas — a first for Kamp Grizzly.
At the helm as Account Director and Lead Project Manager, I directed clients and creative teams through ideation, production and the delivery over 500 creative assets (including 120 video assets) and managed other agency partners executing the campaign in markets across the globe.
MY ROLE
Led all account direction, serving as the single point of contact for adidas
Managed creative team, additional project managers, global agency partners, production (domestic and international), and post production teams and served as the single conduit between all parties
Developed and managed the multi-million-dollar overall project budget
Collaborated with creative team leads to develop and sell-in the campaign’s strategic position and approach
Engineered the overall project timeline and directed teams to provide an on-time in-full project delivery
